Performance and confidence
Mental rehearsal and routines for games, performances, and tests.
Feeling better
Self-compassion, handling setbacks, and building healthy relationships.
Studying better
Planning, time management, and strategies that help learning stick.

Privacy and what this is not
- What a student writes inside an exercise is visible only to that student. Teachers and administrators cannot read it.
- Schools see overall usage, such as minutes practiced, not the personal content of anyone's reflections.
- There is no advertising, and we do not sell student information.
- MindPrep is an educational tool. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service. If you are worried about your child, please contact your school counselor or a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988.
